Thomas Hehl is a software architect, Bible teacher, and lifelong student of leadership, organizations, and the people who make them succeed. After a career designing complex software systems, he discovered that the same principles that make technology reliable—discipline, teamwork, preparation, and integrity—also make great organizations and compelling stories.

A lifelong enthusiast of the space program, Thomas has spent years studying the history of human spaceflight, particularly the people whose courage and quiet competence made exploration possible. That fascination inspired Starpoint Center, a series that imagines what it would take to prepare a permanent generation of professional spacers for life beyond Earth.

His writing explores character under pressure, institutions built on purpose, and the conviction that extraordinary achievements begin with ordinary faithfulness. Whether writing fiction or nonfiction, he is drawn to people who quietly accept responsibility, serve others well, and leave organizations stronger than they found them.

Thomas lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife, Wendy. Starpoint Center: Class Zero is his debut novel, with additional books in the series already in development.
